  • Communication: sending verification codes, important service-related notifications
  • Service improvement: anonymized usage analysis to improve user experience

5. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your data relies on the following legal bases:

  • Contract performance: processing is necessary to perform the service you have requested
  • Legitimate interest: for service security and fraud prevention
  • Legal obligation: retention of connection data in compliance with regulations

  • Account data: retained for the duration of your registration, then 3 years after account deletion
  • Connection data: 1 year in compliance with legal obligations
  • Leads and prospecting data: retained until deleted by the user or account closure

7. Data Recipients

Your data may be transmitted to the following recipients:

  • Cloudflare: hosting and security (worldwide with compliance certifications)
  • Email sending services: for sending verification codes and notifications
  • Google Contacts (Google People API): optional lead synchronization to the user's personal Google Contacts (see section 7.1)
  • Invoice Ninja: optional lead synchronization to the user's invoicing software (see section 7.2)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

7.1 Google Contacts Integration

Prospect Hub allows users to automatically sync their leads (professional contacts) to their personal Google Contacts account via the Google People API.

Data transmitted to Google:

  • Lead first and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Postal address (street, city, postal code)
  • Website
  • Notes (form message and source website)

How it works:

  • Integration is optional and activated only by the user via their profile
  • The user authorizes Prospect Hub via Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol
  • Prospect Hub uses the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts to create contacts
  • Prospect Hub uses the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email to display the connected account email
  • Data is transmitted only to the user's personal Google account, not to a third-party account
  • The access token (refresh token) is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in our database
  • The user can revoke access at any time from their Prospect Hub profile or from their Google account security settings
  • Prospect Hub does not read, modify, or delete the user's existing contacts
  • Prospect Hub does not access emails, Drive, calendar, or any other Google service

Retention: the refresh token is retained as long as the user maintains the active connection. It is immediately deleted upon disconnection from the profile.

7.2 Invoice Ninja Integration

Prospect Hub allows users to automatically sync their leads to their Invoice Ninja account (invoicing software) to create client records.

Data transmitted: name, email, phone, address, city, postal code, website, notes.

Integration is optional, activated by the user, and data is transmitted only to the user's personal Invoice Ninja account via an encrypted API token (AES-256-GCM).

8. Transfers Outside the European Union

Some of your data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union (notably the United States via Cloudflare).

These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, compliance certifications).

9. Your Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: obtain confirmation that data concerning you is being processed and access it
  • Right of rectification: request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your data (from your account or by email)
  • Right to restriction: request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
  • Right to portability: receive your data in a structured and reusable format
  • Right to object: object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons

  • Authentication cookie: secures your account access (duration: 7 days maximum)

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
